Adding users to my Sumo Site

Accessing your SiteID Users window

  1. Log into Sumo and access your Sumo Launcher
  2. Open on the Settings menu at the top of the Launcher

  3. Click on the Users tab at the top

Adding SiteID Users

  1. Click on the blue Add User button

  2. Enter the user's Email address
  3. Select whether they will be an Admin or User
  • An Admin has access to all of your SiteID's apps, settings and billing
  • A User has access to all of your SiteID's apps and settings, but not billing
  • A User cannot add new users to your Sumo Site

  • Click the Save button at the bottom-right

  • Removing SiteID Users

    1. Click on the Red (-) button to the right of the user

    2. Click on the Save button at the bottom-right
