Prevent Forms From Displaying To Logged In Users

There may be certain instances where you want to prevent Sumo's forms from displaying to you and members of your team.

In order to do this, you will need to configure your forms so that they do not display after users have logged into Sumo.

This can be done by creating the Display Rule, "Don't Show when Cookie named __smUser exists" within each of your Sumo forms.

The __smUser cookie is set when you login to Sumo on your website. This means that after you and your team logs in, the cookie will be set, and forms will no longer display.

Setting this up requires you to complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Form of your choice within your Sumo dashboard.
  2. Click the "Visibility" tab. vis.png
