Vertical Response Integration does not support Vertical Response Classic

Sumo is only integrated with VR2 and VR360. VR Classic users how want to use Sumo's integration will need to switch to VR2.

First you will have to download your master list (or multiple lists if you want to keep the contacts separated) then use delete all bounced and unsubscribed contacts. Once that is done, you can contact Vertical Response and they can cancel your Classic account so you can use the same login email address for the VR2 account.

If you want to switch from Classic to VR2, the only thing you can take with you to VR2 is mailable contacts. If you create the VR2 account with a different login email address, you will still have access to the Classic account if you ever need it.
