Installing Sumo on SEOshop

If you have not already signed up for Sumo, check out the Getting Started with Sumo Guide before following the instructions below.

Installing Sumo on SEOshop

  1. Login to your SEOshop Dashboard (usually found at www.your_site_name/admin/setup) and click Design under "Website" in the menu to the left.
  2. Click Theme Editor.
  3. Click custom.rain in the file list on the left hand side (located under the "Layouts" heading.)
  4. Paste the Sumo code inside of the head tags within custom.rain (make sure that the code is in between the two head tags).
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go back to your SEOshop Dashboard and click View webshop (located in the upper right corner of your admin area) to preview your site and access Sumo.
  7. Congrats, you're all done! Navigate to the top right corner of your website and enter your Sumo credentials to start using Sumo!
